All Access Auctions of Macon has created an assembly line approach to selling online. Good practices and company secrets allow your item to gain maximum exposure, which equals more attention from qualified, potential buyers. This process can take as little as a few weeks or last as long as it takes for your item to sell. |
Step 1 - Market Research |
We use advanced software to find out what similar items have sold for historically. This allows us to accurately and reasonable estimate the current return value of your item. |
Step 2 - We List Your Item |
We make a detailed list of all of the features of your item - the good, bad & ugly. After this is done, we take pictures in our photo room with correct lighting and background. The last stage is listing your item on the market place that will give it the greatest chance of selling. |
Step 3 - We Monitor Your Item |
Most items are listed in auction format that lasts up to 7 days; however it may be beneficial for some items to be listed in our online store for up to 1 month. During this process we answer questions regarding your item and provide additional information when necessary. |
Step 4 - We Collect Payment |
After your item sells, we send the buyer an invoice and allow them to pay in a number of ways. Electronically is the safest and fastest, and this is usually the preferred method of payment; however some buyers chose to send checks or money orders. |
Step 5 - We Pack & Ship Your Item |
After the payment has cleared in our account, we pack and ship your item to the buyer. We use the greatest care during this process to ensure safe arrival and buy insurance as a final safeguard. |
Step 6 - Drop By or Have a Check Mailed to You |
When the item safely arrives, we update our system to cut you a check the following Friday. |
